Boca Raton, FL is one of the best places to vacation year round for several different reasons.  First, the year round subtropical temperatures draw many people to live here permanently, but some choose to have second homes here to enjoy the warm, sunny weather throughout the Fall and Winter seasons.  During this time of year, the weather here is the most beautiful; temperatures highs range from 75-85 degrees, with temperature lows staying between 60 and 70 degrees.  Floridians enjoy at least 3000 hours of sunshine year round in Boca, which is one of the reasons so many people enjoy living here.  Boca is also a nautical area, located along the eastern border of Florida along the Atlantic Ocean.  There are many marinas here for boaters who wish to boat along the Intracoastal Waterway, Atlantic Ocean, lakes, or countless canals.  Fort Lauderdale is located only 15 miles south, and the Florida Keys are only a two hour drive south from Boca Raton.
