Monterey Lake: A Family Community in North Boca Raton

The Monterey Lake neighborhood is an excellent, well organized neighborhood in north Boca Raton/Delray Beach.  This community is located between the Florida Turnpike and I-95, west of Military Trail and just north of Clint Moore Road.  This area is a convenient location for commuters who work in Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, and even Miami.

Monterey Lake is as highly sought after community filled with beautiful, moderately priced homes.  This area is comprised of 132 single family homes, villas, and town homes in a wide variety of styles.  The average single family home price falls between $300,000 up to $500,000.

This neighborhood is served by three excellent, A-rated public schools:  Orchard Grove Elementary, Omni Middle School, and Spanish River High School.  Monterrey Lake is convenient to Town Center shopping, fine dining, entertainment, and the Life Time Fitness Club.  This area is a 10 minute drive to the beautiful beaches, with public marinas being located nearby for boat lovers.
