Who Are We?

Mike Benton is an experienced Fort Lauderdale realtor specializing in distressed properties, real estate investment, and real estate development.  Mike has over a decade of experience in short sale and foreclosure transactions.  He has a long record of success with his investors during the worst of the recession, and he has a reputation for being the “bulldog” who gets the deal done.  He enjoys helping investors and home buyers alike and has the ability to negotiate seamless, quick short sale transactions.

Mike spent his earlier years studying the stock market, and he applies the same eye for detail to the real estate market in Broward County.  Mike knows the South Florida real estate market like some know stocks, which is the main reason that top investors choose to work with him.

Mike is an avid Tarheels fan who enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, working out, and boating.

Lisa Benton is a licensed Clinical Psychologist turned SEO master.  She is also a licensed real estate agent and a busy mom who works behind the scenes to optimize and market real estate websites.  When she isn’t busy carpooling or working online, she enjoys running, blogging, boating, retail therapy, and Starbucks.
